At Clogau, we want you to be delighted with your jewelry; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Jewelry
Securely place your items in their original Clogau presentation box and include the completed returns form inside the shipping package.
Label and Post
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
